IN.BALANCE is my private clinical psychology practice in Kew. Here to support you to move toward your own sense of equilibrium and meaning.
I support young people and adults and have a special interest in anxiety, perfectionism and mood disorders.
Therapy can help you better understand your own experience, develop new ways of responding, and reconnect with what matters most.
I value creating a warm, collaborative space; one that allows for reflection, curiosity, experimentation with new ways of thinking and relating, and the freedom to grow at your own pace.
How I Work
I take the time to understand your story in depth (what has brought you into therapy, your context, values and strengths). Together, we create a therapeutic plan that is tailored to your goals, preferences, and ways of working.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and integrates mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), relational theories, attachment theory and developmental psychology.

I completed my postgraduate training, including a Master of Clinical Psychology, at the University of Melbourne. I’ve worked in private practice, youth mental health services, and the legal system.
