IN.BALANCE is my private clinical psychology practice in Kew. Here to support you to move toward your own sense of equilibrium and meaning.
I support young people and adults and have a special interest in anxiety, perfectionism and mood disorders.
Therapy can help you better understand your own experience, develop new ways of responding, and reconnect with what matters most.
I value creating a warm, collaborative space; one that allows for reflection, curiosity, experimentation with new ways of thinking and relating, and the freedom to grow at your own pace.
How I Work
There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy.
I take the time to understand your story in depth (what has brought you into therapy, your context, values and strengths). Together, we create a therapeutic plan that is tailored to your goals, preferences, and ways of working.
I draw on a range of evidence-based modalities, including:
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Mindfulness-based CBT
Schema-informed and relational approaches
My work is also informed by attachment theory, developmental psychology, positive psychology and systems-based theories.
Areas of Focus
I support adolescents and adults with a wide range of concerns, including:
Anxiety (generalised, social, performance, health-related)
Perfectionism, self-worth
Mood disorders
Burnout
Life transitions
Parenting and relationship challenges
